This policy explains where we ship, how long delivery takes, when shipping is free, and how we handle failed or lost deliveries.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

• UK
• France
• EU Zone1: Belgium, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg.
• EU Zone2: Italy, Spain 
• For any destination not listed above, contact support@vivanalife.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Orders ship from the region closest to you:

• UK orders ship from the UK
• EU orders ship from France
  

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

2. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders:

• United Kingdom: free shipping on orders over £100
• France (continental): free shipping on orders over €100
• EU Zone1: free shipping on orders over €120
• EU Zone2: free shipping on orders over €150

For all other available destinations, or for orders below these thresholds, shipping is calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, including customs delays.

4. Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, a missed delivery, or refusal:

• You are responsible for any reshipping costs.
• We may deduct the original and return shipping fees from any refund.

5. Risk of Loss

Risk passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery.
