I come from a family where women live long. Very long. But living long is not the same as living well. I've seen strength turn into stiffness, wisdom coexist with fatigue, and resilience slowly give way to resignation. I decided this would not be my version of ageing.
I'm a pharmacist. I've spent more than 20 years working with science, systems and experts. I also trust experience: the body, the mind, what happens when you actually listen. From functional physiology to Ayurveda and meditation, my approach has always been both structured and exploratory.
Vivana was born from that tension. Not hardcore discipline. Not restriction. Not chasing youth. Just vitality, resilience, and clarity. Supporting your body so you can say yes to life: stress, pleasure, ambition, travel, late nights and change.
I started this at 50. Not as a reinvention, but as a continuation. Because midlife is not decline. It's momentum.

I was born in Iran, grew up in France, and lived in different countries. These cultures shaped who I am: curious, rigorous, and open to the world. By training I am an engineer, and I spent thirty years in finance as an entrepreneur. It was a stimulating life, but an intense one.
At fifty, I made a deliberate choice to step into a new chapter: slower, more intentional, and centred on what truly matters: health, joy, and presence. That shift brought me to Anne-Gaëlle, whose expertise in well-being, beauty and lifestyle immediately struck me. I realised that what she had built deserved to reach far more people, those who, like me, are ready to live differently.
Vivana perfectly embodies that new mindset. It is not a supplement brand, it is a philosophy. One that believes happiness lives in both the mind and the body, and that true freedom comes from taking care of both, without fuss or compromise. Life is short.
